I'm going to start pushing for L100 equipment, since I'm tired of trying to find buyers for my event shop perfects every month and I would rather just burn them for HP -> TP.
Spare Parts Progress:
Topaz: 300/500
Ruby: 328/600
Sapphire: 272/500
Amethyst: 100/600
Aquamarine: 276/600
Emerald: 105/600
Jade: 36/100
Diamond: 200/500
Total: L76.17 / L100
I'm not sure if I'll do the upgrades as I get the parts or not, since the upgrades themselves don't provide that much benefit for an arena/event/hd player who has already done the relevant upgrades. If there's a large economy update before I reach L100 (planned by the end of June), it may be worth selling the perfects instead.

No need to worry about exchanges, Flotto will send your total balance as a single exchange at the end of the event! To keep track, we tally every quest sent to us by those who've signed up.
I was able to save a ton of hours last friend event by working with Flotto. We had a bunch of quest sellers who were willing to send me passives and they agreed to get paid for all of their quests at the end of the month. I was also able to send out my quests to people who buy each type, so I didn't need to find trades in chat.
