People can discuss it among themselves, but please be civilized if there are any disagreements on the betting amount. And please bet the amount you can actually pay. 5) Those who wish to publicize their bets can contact me to include it into my spreadsheet link or write it down there themselves. We will keep it as statistics and little tidbits (Also, to find the names of someone who is willing to bet with you.) 6) Before betting, the bet offerers should say their current best exp eff of the month and may ask for their opponent's current best eff of the month too in order to consider whether to bet or not (more relevant as the month progresses.). If it was later found out that one side deceived the other side, the bets will be declared invalid. The victims may use their private messages' chat log's screenshot and the opponent's best eff game's link's date as the evidences. 7) For a bet with me, personally, I only accept bets from people who has 140% or lower exp eff as their PB before the month begins, so that we are at a similar skill level.
