There is no one answer. Some people use selling to earn minecoins to then buy quests they want rather than trading. (Not everyone wants the quests you have, but a lot more people want minecoins.) Some people don't really participate in the event so they do not want to trade for other quests and selling lets them get some extra value. | |

That chat is for players to make those exchanges. As a community, we use a lot of abbreviations like "ws" for "win streak" or "exp" for "expert". Does that help some?
